Delivery Areas

We deliver to most of mainland England and Wales. If we cannot fulfill your order due to location restrictions, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Time

Deliveries take place on weekdays, typically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery : Up to 5-7 working days.
  • Delivery times may extend during peak seasons. We will keep you updated via text or email regarding your delivery status.

Delivery Methods

The type of vehicle used for delivery depends on your location and order size:

  • Local deliveries: For local orders, we use a transit-size van to deliver logs as close to your log store as possible.
  • Larger deliveries: Orders are delivered using 7.5 or 18-tonne vehicles equipped with tail lifts.

Where Will My Order Be Delivered?

The exact delivery location depends on the type of product ordered:

  • Bagged products (up to 25kg): Hand-delivered directly to your coal bunker or log store by our delivery team. Our drivers will carry the bags to your desired location, provided the path is clear and safe.
  • Larger items (dumpy bags, pallets, or crates over 50kg): Delivered using a large truck with a tail lift (but no crane). The driver will use a hand pump truck to unload and position the pallet.
    • Important: Gravel driveways, uneven surfaces, narrow entrances, soft ground, or moderate inclines may prevent placement in your desired location, resulting in kerbside delivery. In such cases, you will be responsible for moving the product onto your property.
  • If you have any vehicle access restrictions, please notify us when placing your order to avoid delivery issues.

Do I Need to Be Home for Delivery?

No, you don’t need to be home. However, you must provide clear instructions on where to leave the goods securely. If delivery cannot be completed safely, we will take the goods back and arrange a new delivery time when you can be available.

Text Notification Service

If you select this option at checkout, we will send you a text the day before delivery to confirm that your order is on its way.

Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value of £99 is required to complete a purchase.

Returns Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
  • We will arrange to collect the goods at no additional cost and issue a full refund within 14 days of collection.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
